Golfers in the UK are likely to play more golf but spend less on new golf equipment as a direct result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Sports Marketing Surveys has reported that the number of rounds of golf played in the UK since golf came out of the Covid-19 lockdown has increased dramatically when compared to figures for the same period in 2018 and 2019.
