European Ryder Cup Captain Luke Donald led another team of excited golfers – this time a little younger and smaller – when he supported national charity the Golf Foundation during The Open at Royal Liverpool this week. 

The Golf Foundation was delighted to host a successful schools festival at Bush Hill Park Golf Course in North London last week while a community festival was delivered at The Belfry in conjunction with the Betfred British Masters.

England Golf has unveiled a new ‘Junior Golf Strategy’ which aims to ‘inspire participation, increase membership numbers and ensure longevity in the game for current and future generations of young golfers’.
