Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club in South Carolina, USA, has closed its Jack Nicklaus signature design course for a major course restoration project and a clubhouse redesign.

Golf course design company Nicklaus Design has begun work on a new 18-hole championship layout in The Bahamas that will sit alongside an existing 10-hole short course designed by Tiger Woods. 

To accommodate ongoing projects around the site, perched on the end of the Baja California Peninsula, and in anticipation of the second golf course, the holes of the stunning Nicklaus Signature Design have been rerouted
