HMH are delighted to announce the sale to Wescom Group Ltd of the freehold interest of The Hertfordshire Golf & Country Club, the grade II listed country club, leased and operated by the UK’s number one golf operator, Crown Golf

Crown Golf will continue to operate The Hertfordshire Golf and Country Club as a key part of their portfolio of 23UK golf clubs.

The property is located at Broxbourne and comprises an 18 hole Nicklaus Design course set in 186 acres. The site includes a magnificent Grade 2 listed mansion extending to 3,600 sq. m. and which incorporates the golf clubhouse and the health club.

There is planning consent for 95 bedrooms, 72 new built and 23 suites in the mansion, a new health club and 6 conference suites. The guide price was £8m.
