Wales Golf has a new management team in place, with changes to the Development Department designed to reflect the areas laid out in the latest Wales Golf strategy such as grant support, facilities and sustainability. 

Rob Holt, OBE, will take on the new role later in the summer. The former head of Event Wales within Welsh Government led on bringing a number of high-profile golf events to Wales and has been heavily involved in developing golf tourism in Wales for around 20 years

Wales Golf has launched its new strategy ‘Everyone’s Game, for fun, for sport, for life’ to take the game in Wales forward over the next five years.
