England Golf named one of the UK’s Best Places to Work in 2026 by The Sunday Times

The recognition follows anonymous feedback which highlights strong levels of engagement and workplace happiness.

England Golf has been named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 in the Medium Organisations category, recognising its commitment to creating a high-performing, inclusive and people-focused workplace for its 128 employees.

The recognition follows anonymous feedback which highlights strong levels of engagement and workplace happiness.

England Golf achieved an 80% average happiness score, with 84% of employees expressing pride in working for England Golf and 83% reporting high job satisfaction. Wellbeing (81%) and confidence in management (83%) were also rated highly, alongside a positive Net Promoter Score of +34, reflecting strong advocacy from colleagues.

The results also highlight a positive and supportive working culture, with 92% of employees reporting a good relationship with their manager, 88% feeling safe in their working environment, and 86% feeling treated with respect.
