National Club Golfer’s independent golf course rankings are now available through a dedicated app, giving golfers a new way to rank the courses they play.
The app builds on the success of NCG Top 100s, which has established itself as one of the leading independent sources of golf course rankings in the UK and beyond.
Available through the app, golfers can explore the definitive NCG Top 100s rankings, review courses they have played, leave their own ratings and create personalised rankings and lists within their own account.
At the heart of NCG Top 100s is a commitment to evaluating golf courses on their golfing merit alone.Curated by golf course expert and editor Dan Murphy, NCG Top 100s takes a course-first approach, with rankings based on the quality of the golf experience from the first tee to the final green.
There is no commercial influence on the rankings, instead the rankings are designed to be as transparent and honest as possible. NCG Top 100s sole focus on the course, allows the additions of nine-hole and 12-hole layouts alongside traditional 18-hole championship venues.
The launch of the app also gives golfers the opportunity to become part of the NCG Top 100s experience. Users can leave their own ratings and reviews of courses, build personal rankings and create their own lists within their account. Golfer can now create a collection of courses they have played, venues they want to visit or draft their own personal Top 100.

All rankings are seasonally updated and in line with the traditional British golfing season from April to October.
