New system launch from ESP

10.00am 21st March 2002 - Corporate

ESP has supplied computer software systems to more than 200 golf clubs throughout the UK and Europe. “Existing clients of ESP are already aware of the features that make our Point of Sale and Management systems the most popular choice for golf clubs and courses throughout the UK and Europe,” said Kevin Caine, ESP’s Sales Director.

“But,” he continued, “we are continually looking for innovative ways to enhance our system, with the aim of keeping our customers at the forefront of technology and allowing them to operate their system and course to the best possible advantage. That is why we are delighted to announce the launch of what we believe to be the future of golf systems.

Elite provides you with a Windows environment to leverage even more functionality from your ESP system and can be mouse-driven even at the point of sale. All system-produced reports, including historic ones, can be viewed on-screen, emailed to external locations and no longer have to be printed.”

The system is modular with options such as:

Membership, including levy, loyalty and reward schemes with optional on-screen members pictures

Green fee bookings including corporate and society functions

Retailing and remote stock taking

Driving range control and marketing

Food and beverage with stock control

Leisure management

“No other system available in the marketplace today gives you the functionality and flexibility that Elite does,” said Kevin Caine, “With more and more golf clubs expanding into leisure and the’Country Club Format’ we felt it important to develop a leisure module to compliment our highly successful Golf Management System. This new Leisure Management module encompasses all aspects of leisure membership, bookings, arrivals with on-screen members pictures, incentive schemes and a host of other features. It also includes real-time links to the majority of Property Management Systems and most popular Accounting Packages.”

The launch takes place at Cottesmore Golf Club, West Sussex on 3rd April, Cotgrave Place Golf and Country Club, Nottinghamshire on 4th April, Blue Mountain Golf Centre, Berkshire on 8th April and The Hertfordshire Golf and Country Club on 9th April. There is a limit to the numbers who can attend and places will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
