New all-weather surfaces from Huxley

12.04am 19th April 2002 - Corporate

Brought together by Huxley Golf for a full-day seminar at Bishops Waltham in Hampshire, the company’s distributors had the opportunity to inspect and try out two new all-weather surfaces for golf being introduced this season by Huxley Golf.

“We are delighted that all 12 of our UK distributor installers were able to join us for an intensive day of presentations, discussions and feedback regarding past, present and future projects, products and installations,” commented Huxley Golf director, Paul Huxley. “The progress made by the company in less than four years has been tremendous and we now have some top professional golfers using our products for practise including Darren Clarke, Ian Woosnam and Alison Nicholas.”

Mr Huxley said that the recent appointment of Huxley Golf’s 12th UK distributor-installer completed another part of the jigsaw which he expects will provide coverage for the company in due course across the whole of the UK, Ireland and continental Europe. “Opportunities still exist in a number of territories for dedicated and enthusiastic distributor installers with a keen interest in golf,” he concluded. “We will be very pleased to hear from any individual or company able to meet these requirements.”

Also discussed at the meeting was the rapid progress being made with installations of Huxley Golf all-weather greens, tees, pathways and similar surfaces for domestic and professional customers, the latter including PGA touring professionals, golf clubs and driving ranges, hotels and leisure resorts nation-wide.
