ClubGrub, the hospitality technology platform built for private clubs, golf courses, entertainment venues, resorts, and club communities, has announced a comprehensive upgrade that brings mobile ordering, GPS-enabled delivery, kitchen operations, staff communication, and member and guest engagement together into one seamless experience.
With this upgrade, operators can serve members and guests wherever they are on their property — on the golf course, at the driving range, in the clubhouse or within the surrounding club community — without adding headcount, hardware, or operational friction.
What’s new?
A redesigned member experience. A faster, cleaner ordering flow that surfaces the right menu at the right place — halfway house, grille room, pool, or turn — with pickup and delivery options presented side by side, real-time order status, and push notifications when an order is ready.
Unified order management. Every order across every outlet now lives in one place. Staff see incoming, preparing, and completed orders at a glance, with full item detail, modifiers, allergy flags, and special instructions surfaced up front instead of buried.
GPS-powered delivery and navigation. Runners get pinpoint guidance to a member/guests live position on the course, with hole-level accuracy and one-tap delivery confirmation — turning what used to be a guessing game into a routine. No guessing or phone calls needed, ever.
Kitchen management and prep routing. Tickets route automatically to the right prep station and printer, keeping the kitchen in rhythm during the busiest stretches of the day.
Built-in staff and member communication. In-order messaging connects members/guests, servers, and kitchen staff directly, so questions get answered without a phone call or a search across the property.

Spencer Potter, founder of ClubGrub, said: “For years, the pattern at most clubs looked the same: members or guests left the course to order food, the phone rang all afternoon, staff guessed where to deliver, and orders ran late. This release further closes that gap.
“Members or guests order from anywhere on property, staff receive every order the instant it’s placed, GPS guides each delivery rather than to a best guess, and hospitality finally reaches every corner of the club. That’s the outcome our operators asked for, and it’s what we built this platform to deliver.”
The upgrade is live and rolling out across ClubGrub’s client base, including facilities managed by Troon, where ClubGrub serves as a preferred partner for mobile ordering and F&B operations. Existing clients receive the new release automatically at no additional cost.
