YMG (Young Masters Golf) has recently signed a 10 year License Agreement which will see its YMG and ShortGolf Junior Golf Development Programmes run throughout China.

Established for 10 years in the UK, YMG is now available in 15 countries worldwide, and founder director Chris Smith says, “Without doubt China offers us our biggest potential market. Golf is growing rapidly, and the new golfing public have a great desire to learn the game correctly, so our structured coaching and education programmes really fit the bill.”

The headquarters of YMG in China is the Riverside Club in the city of Hangzhou, where the official launch recently took place.

Jovick Lee, a British PGA member and CEO of YMG China says, “We are very excited by the response we have received, with Mission Hills, the world’s biggest golf club, and the Academy of Liang Wen Chong, China’s best golfer, already committing to the programmes..”
