Golf Genius has appointed experienced golf industry specialist Michael Pask as an advisor, continuing the investment and expansion of the software company worldwide.
Pask joins the team with a host of experience in the golf industry, having previously served as Senior Vice President at IMG for over 20 years – heading up a number of areas within the golf, advisory, academy, Olympic and sports infrastructure areas.

They have created an amazing business, backed up by world class software and people, and as the golf ecosystem looks to engage with technology and data in a meaningful way there is a huge opportunity for Golf Genius to build on these amazing foundations,” said Pask, who is the founder and director of strategic advisory company Taliesin Advisory.
Some of Pask’s notable career highlights include the running of IMG’s Golf Course Design and Management business, turning around their International Academy Business, and also working with their Olympic representation group, guiding the careers of people such as Sir Steve Redgrave, Michael Johnson and Dame Katherine Grainger. He also served as one of the first Non-Executive Directors in England Golf’s history (2016-2024), helping to support the growth of the association both structurally and financially.

Pask’s extensive experience will serve Golf Genius with advice and ideas to grow the business further, in turn putting software at the forefront of the golf industry and providing golf administrators and facilities across the globe with solutions that create enhanced golfing experiences.
