The International Olympic Academy, The Hellenic Olympic Committee and Costa Navarino have launched the World’s First International Olympic Academy Golf Course. The new golf course at Navarino Hills will constitute a landmark moment for this innovative partnership

With spectacular vistas to the Ionian Sea and The Dunes Course, the new neighbourhood will feature freehold villas ranging from 235 to 295 sq. m. with 3-4 bedrooms, in plots ranging from 700 sq.m. to 1,300 sq.m. and a starting price at 1.2 million EUR

José María Olazábal was at the official launch of the two 18-hole courses he is currently designing at Costa Navarino in Greece. Both par-72 layouts, which are set high above the coastline and offer panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the Ionian Sea, are expected to open for play by 2021
