Highland Spring, the UK’s leading produced brand of bottled water, will help keep youngsters refreshed as they take part in junior golf activity with the Golf Foundation this summer.
Some 1,500 bottles of water are being supplied by Highland Spring to the Golf Foundation for use at a range of public golf events throughout 2008. This will be the fourth year in succession that the company has supported the national charity that is committed to the sporting and social development of young people through golf.
The Golf Foundation will be running hectic golf activities at the R&A Junior Golf Centre at this year’s Open Championship at Royal Birkdale, and in the Golf Foundation’s junior area at selected European Tour events.
Sarah Tennyson, marketing manager for the Golf Foundation, said, “As our team delivers golf to youngsters at public events it is essential that we look after these children well and keep them refreshed. Highland Spring is very much appreciated by all our partners and we think it is fantastic that the company has chosen to back us for another year.”
