Foresight Sports becomes title sponsor of Legends Invitational at Pebble Beach

11.41am 3rd August 2023 - Sponsorship & Events

Legends Invitational, one of the most prestigious and longest-running privately-owned tournaments at the renowned Pebble Beach, welcomes Foresight Sports as this year’s title sponsor benefiting the US Navy SEAL community.

The year’s event will be held on November 9-13 and brings together US military Medal of Honor recipients Mike Thornton and Jack Jacobs, 20 Navy SEALs, along with several American Football Hall of Fame players and spouses. Participating sports celebrities are invited to be “Celebrity Captains” and paired with the tournament’s foursomes.

Added to this year’s event participants will be four aspiring youth players from Foresight Sports’ UpNext Player Development Programme.

Launched at the beginning of the year, the UpNext Programme was developed to give back to the golf industry with the aim of supporting the next generation of talented up and coming young players within the sport.

The programme offers Foresight’s launch monitor technology to junior players and organisations at a greatly reduced cost, to ensure access to the next generation of talented players who wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford the company’s Tour-dominating technology.

Players and coaches interested in the UpNext Programme can apply online at https://golf.foresightsports.eu/pr-UPNext

Once accepted onto the programme, players can apply for their chance to play at the Pebble Beach Tournament by submitting a 20-30 second testimonial video about their Foresight Sports launch monitor and how they use it for their training routine.

Included will be travel, hotel accommodations, and the tournament entry fee for the UpNext player, and 1 parent or guardian. Food and beverage will not be included.
