The Belfry Hotel & Resort has unveiled details of a new fitness facility which will be open to both members and hotel guests this autumn.
Opening at the Warwickshire-based venue in September, ‘The Club’ will feature a gym area that is five-times the size of the resort’s current gym and home to over 50 pieces of Technogym equipment.
The gym will offer views over the resort’s championship PGA National course and sit above four ‘spacious and light-filled’ studios, designed for both virtual and live-led classes from Les Mills and Technogym. This includes a dedicated pilates studio with reformer Pilates machines, and a tailored large-capacity spin studio with over 30 bikes.
The Club, which will cost from £109 per month for membership, also features a 25-metre lap pool and a separate family-friendly swimming pool, alongside an extensive multi-purpose sports hall, where guests can play tennis, netball and badminton.
Post-workout, guests will be able to relax in The Club’s sauna which looks out over the resort’s grounds. There will also be indoor and outdoor bubble pools, a steam room and shower.
Chris Eigleaar, managing director at The Belfry, commented: “We are renowned at The Belfry for our exceptional facilities and a service that is unmistakable for its warmth, professionalism and personal touch. This is exactly what we are going to give members with The Club – a fitness experience defined by quality, care, convenience and inspiration.
“Every element of The Club has been carefully designed to support and motivate. We can’t wait for both our loyal existing members and new members to discover how it will enhance their fitness journey.”

The Belfry will also open its new Masters Suite in September as the centrepiece to a wider £85m development project at the hotel. The new 852sqm event space has been built and designed to host a wide range of events, from conferences and product launches, to mini expos, banquets and weddings.
