Sotogrande, one of Europe’s leading residential, lifestyle and golf destinations, has launched its latest luxury property – NIWA, which is on the market for €22.5m (£19.3m).

NIWA is located in Sotogrande’s most exclusive enclave, The Seven at La Reserva Club and overlooks the fairways of the golf course at La Reserva Club. The Seven is a fully private community that houses the most spectacular home plots, with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean and the north coast of Africa.

The footprint of the property covers 4,321 m2 and is sited on a plot of more than 10,000 m2. It boasts nine bedroom suites, eight bathrooms, indoor and outdoor reception spaces, cinema, infinity pool, indoor pool, spa, wine cellar, office, and a garage with space for up to eight cars.

Rita Jordao, Director of Sales and Marketing for Sotogrande SA, commented: “We’re delighted to have unveiled this turnkey project within La Reserva Club, overlooking the golf course. NIWA is a design masterpiece integrated into the stunning Sotogrande landscape, making La Reserva one of the most exciting, exclusive and private communities in Andalucia.”

Manuel Ruiz Moriche, Creative Director for ARK Architects, added: “Occasionally there is an opportunity to create something unique, a community of extraordinary homes for extraordinary families, something truly rare – this is NIWA.”

La Reserva, Sotogrande’s newest district, is home to exclusive private residential communities. Atop the highest point, are The Seven. These 10,000sqm plots are each designed by a different internationally acclaimed architect – one of which is the NIWA concept (plot prices starting from €7.6m). Village Verde is a modern apartment and penthouse community (prices starting from €850.000), that also benefits from views of the Mediterranean and down to the Sotogrande coastline.
