HMH Golf & Leisure reports the sale of Lakeside Lodge Golf Centre, Cambridgeshire and Paultons Golf Centre, Hampshire
Lakeside Lodge Golf Centre (pictured above) is a highly profitable and diverse freehold leisure business in the prized Silicon Fen corridor with 18 holes, clubhouse, 64 en-suite rooms, lodges, health club and offices located on a site of approximately 150 acres. Turnover is £2.2m. The Guide Price was £5 million.

The attraction to the buyer, who is an existing operator, was the positive cashflow and the diverse nature of the business.
