Open your door to the worldFine & Country has entered into a new partnership with Worldposting, an international network of property portals. As a result, Fine & Country properties will be showcased to an international network of 70 million potential buyers.

In June of this year Fine & Country entered into a unique real estate marketing partnership with European Tour Properties, the network of world class golf venues under the umbrella of The European Tour.

Taking data from the Fine & Country website, Worldposting shares each property on the market with Fine & Country with 65 property portals across 30 countries. Furthermore, property details are translated into the native language of each individual country.

With 85% of property searches believed to start online, Fine & Country’s relationship with Worldposting represents a fantastic opportunity for both agents and sellers, ensuring each Fine & Country property is seen by as many potential buyers as possible, reaching a global audience.

Mike Bidwell, Fine & Country’s International Sales & Business Development Director says, “Fine & Country has always been focused on achieving maximum exposure for its properties, so joining Worldposting seemed like the obvious next step for the brand. It’s becoming more important than ever before to market properties to an international market, as geographical boundaries are becoming less prevalent in the buying process; we are seeing more and more Russians investing in Spanish property and Arabs buying in London, for example. We are excited to see how this international platform will help both Fine & Country agents and sellers.”
