European Tour Properties websiteEuropean Tour Properties, the network of world class golf venues closely aligned to The European Tour, has entered into a unique real estate partnership with the multi-award winning estate agency, Fine & Country.

The partnership will see the launch of a new web-based golf division that will boast an exclusive portfolio of elite developments around the globe as part of Fine & Country Golf.

Troon, one of the world’s premier luxury golf course management companies, will also form part of this relationship with a select number of their member venues also included.

As part of the agreement, European Tour Properties member venues will be assisted with bespoke website and associated real estate marketing activities, and through the creation of this golf specific brand, Fine & Country Golf will be able to promote Properties on a more personalised and individual basis.

David MacLaren, Director of Property & Venue Development at The European Tour said: “We are absolutely delighted to enter into this important new partnership with Fine and Country Golf, along with Troon Golf.

“The European Tour is a global sports organisation, responsible for many of golf’s greatest tournaments played by the game’s finest players, and our network of world class venues includes some of the globe’s most sought after golf and residential destinations. We are therefore very pleased to be able to promote them to discerning consumers – golfers and non-golfers alike – through this exciting new venture.”
