PRG Golf has announced the appointment of three new members of staff as the bespoke golf accessories company continues its global growth.
Tony Khreich has been brought in as Creative Director, Tammy Trautt as Head of Projects & Customer Service, and Spencer Reynolds as Director of Licensing & Product Development to drive innovation and expansion.
Stephen Riley, who launched PRG in 2006, said: “2025 marks an important year for our company, and these three senior appointments will be pivotal to our ongoing success, especially after our recent move to our new US headquarters in Vista, California.
“PRG continues to evolve and grow and we are always looking to deliver premium products to our clients and customers with even greater efficiency. Tony, Tammy and Spencer will play a key part in that delivery.”

Khreich will assume day-to-day responsibility of PRG’s graphic design output, helping to continue the brand’s ethos to create innovative artwork for all accessory designs along with any marketing content materials. After spending nearly a decade in the sports collectible industry as a Senior Designer and then Design Manager at the Upper Deck Company, he has worked closely with a number of global licensing partners including MLB, NFL, NHL and the NBA.
After starting his own branding agency in 2006, Khreich would go on to help a number of national brands from a variety of industries to develop their unique brand identity and design characteristics.
Khreich said: “The challenge of bringing a fresh creative approach and having the ability to guide PRG’s brand promise is why I chose to join the team. I’m excited to work in a dynamic industry with other passionate professionals and my hope is to build the strongest creative team in the category. To add to that, I’ll now have the best head covers in my Saturday golf group!”
With over 17 years’ experience in the golf industry, Reynolds is a passionate and results-driven professional specializing in branding and product development. Most recently, he was the Product & Brand Manager for Fujikura Composite America where he helped bring to life some of the industry’s most trusted and well-known high-performance golf shafts.
Before joining Fujikura, Reynolds spent ten years at Titleist in positions ranging from R&D to program management, and was part of the original team for Scotty Cameron’s flagship Gallery and retail store in Encinitas, California.
In his new role at PRG, he will work closely with the company’s licenses and partnerships, including Arnold Palmer, MLB, Collegiate collection and more. He will also work with a variety of global brands, expanding all licensing partnerships, with his experience in the industry helping him direct all new product launches, designs and applications for 2026 and beyond.
“PRG has an amazing opportunity to take a recognized and established brand and push the envelope even further,” Reynolds said. “The level of skill and dedication of the team is palpable, and it’s incredibly exciting to be on the ground floor of the next chapter. We are just getting warmed up.”
With a management background in graphic design, photography and printing. Trautt brings a creative and solutions-driven mindset to her role as Head of Projects and Customer Service, where she will lead PRG’s team of Account Managers in San Diego and Sacramento.
With the foundations of her career built around working directly with clients, Trautt has consistently guided projects from early ideas to fully realized, high-quality products.
