Building on the success of its distinctive Journey and Tour Series travel bags with their retractable legs and pivoting wheels, Sun Mountain is adding a heavy-duty model to its Club Glider range with the introduction of the new Meridian travel bag.

The market leader in premium golf bags has created a travel bag for the modern golfer that incorporates a robust ballistic-style nylon construction and dense foam padding to offer greater protection for golf clubs, while maintaining the superior manoeuvrability that eliminates excessive bending and lifting when handling.

It has also reinforced those areas where there is traditional wear from travelling with a full set of clubs and accessories like shoes. Two-way zips and internal straps to secure the contents have been strengthened, while a recessed moulded tray secures the legs during travel.

The new bag weighs little more than 5kg when empty and is available in three distinctive colourways to help stand out on the luggage carousel – navy/gunmetal, black/cobalt and black/red (pictured).

“The Club Glider Meridian will appeal to any golfer looking for a high-quality and long-lasting travel bag,” said Tony Fletcher, Brand Fusion UK Sales Manager. “Longevity and ease of use have made the Club Glider series incredibly popular and the new bag offers both in equal measure.”

The Club Glider Meridian is available to order in the UK at an RRP of £199.
