Range Servant, the world’s leading range equipment manufacturer, is not just fighting fit once more, but will be showing two of its latest new products at this year’s BTME in Harrogate.
On Stand B30 with its new UK partner Duchell UK (owned by James Healey’s company International Golf Ltd.), Range Servant UK will be demonstrating the new Solo proximity card payment system, and the latest version of its automatic TeeUp ball system.
Jo Smith, well known to the UK’s range owners and operators, is now the UK agent for the Range Servant brand and is looking forward to 2011. She said: “After the challenging times under different management in 2010, I’m now looking forward to rebuilding the Range Servant brand and its reputation for top quality ball management equipment, but now with service and support to match.”
New service and support team
Jo has high expectations for the service and support side of the UK operation: “On the sales side, it’s business as usual in some ways, although my own responsibilities have increased. While I’ll be focusing on the major items such as dispensers, elevators and ball washers, Corrine Mitchell will continue to deal with the accessories.
“However, I’m also pleased to say that we’re in the process of putting together a new and fully trained up service and support team. This will give us better UK-wide coverage, and I’m determined to make sure our customers get not only an even better standard of service, but one that is more cost-effective as well. For the moment, UK customers should call me on 0773 226 191, but when we’re ready to do so we’ll release the new details for the service team to our UK customers.”

To mark the launch of its Solo payment system and the redesigned TeeUp automatic ball teeing system, Range Servant is offering 20% off the list prices, and this special offer will be available both at BTME Harrogate, and then for six weeks until 25 February 2011.
Jo Smith says: “These two new products have been very successful following their launch in the European markets. Solo is by some way the easiest card system for both operators, staff and customers, but at very attractive prices compared to other payment systems.
