New Online Training Course – ‘Service Excellence at Golf Clubs’

This broad experience base has been gained from holding numerous general management positions as well as undertaking a wide variety of consultancy projects.

Most recently, Rod has been heavily involved in the development of The Machrie Hotel & Golf Links, which has been recognised as the best National Hotel 2020 by Scottish Tourism. He joins a growing band of Associate Course Authors with Promote Training, each of them specialists within their field and highly experienced within the golf industry.
