The Bucket Pros began working with La Cala Resort in July 2021 as part of an overarching strategy to drive revenue and profitability to the practice facilities. Since the partnership began, The Bucket Pros have been instrumental in the development plans for the resort.
The first significant change at the resort is the installation of the SEVE System – an advanced digital solution that is utilised by The Bucket Pros to support a smoother operational process and support an increase in driving range usage and efficiency.
The installation of the new SEVE System will deliver a considerable change to the driving range experience for both customers and staff. The touch screen design and contactless payment facility means guests are able to quickly purchase balls with no handling of money or giving out of tokens. In addition, the advanced system allows La Cala Resort to differentiate pricing throughout the season, anytime, anywhere.
From an in-house and reporting perspective the intelligent SEVE System provides vital data that’s spans across daily usage, shots per day, price per ball, common products and occupancy during light and dark hours as well as by day and hour. The Bucket Pros are able to then utilise this information and create bespoke methods and processes to improve efficient and ultimately revenue.

Alongside the installation of the Seve System the resort have upgraded their practice facility equipment including the dispensing services. Previous inefficiencies due to location and customer journey have now been improved to create a less intrusive and more effective experience for guests and staff.
