Reed Exhibition Companies has announced that Première Golf 2002, to be staged at the Congress Palace, Marbella, on November 5th to 7th, is to feature a number of key new elements including presentations by leading figures in the game.
These initiatives, involving some of the most respected figures working within the golf business, are designed to broaden the appeal of Première Golf 2002 and to enhance its reputation as Europe’s leading golf trade show.
The first expert to be signed up is Jos Vanstiphout, the highly respected Belgian sports psychologist who in addition to his recent success at The Open with Ernie Els, also works with some of the world’s leading golfers, including Darren Clarke and Retief Goosen. He will be appearing at the Congress Palace, Marbella, on Tuesday November 5th to give a detailed presentation followed by a question and answer session.
Other speakers will be announced at a later date. All seminars are open to all PGA professionals and other visitors. Reed Exhibition Companies hopes these new initiatives will add value to what has already become a highly successful show.

The week starting November 4th promises to a big week for golf on the Costa del Sol because Première Golf 2002 is to be followed by the Volvo Masters Andalucia to be staged at Valderrama on November 7th to 10th.
The proximity of the two events has enabled Reed Exhibition Companies and Volvo to formulate a joint marketing initiative to promote the two events.
As part of that agreement visitors to Première Golf will be offered an extended package enabling them to see the concluding rounds of the Volvo Masters Andalucia. The packages will include entry tickets plus transportation to and from Valderrama.
