This year’s IOG SALTEX has been hailed a huge success with visitor numbers reaching an all time high. 17,162 visitors and over 100 new products launched. The event was held on 4th to 6th September at Windsor Racecourse in Berkshire.
Factors such as improved traffic flow also increased the effectiveness of the event for the exhibitors, many of whom reported exceptional sales.
John Hall, European sportsturf market development manager at Aventis, said: “Good contacts lead to sales and we have had quite a few local authority contacts so we are pleased with the event.”
Next year’s IOG SALTEX will be held at Windsor Racecourse from 3rd to 5th September 2002.
