The golf club industry is like any other service industry. It starts with people and it’s all about people. People make clubs go around and if the people delivering the service are good and driven by passion, the rewards are excellent.
What makes service tick? Two words describe service – MOTIVATION and EMPOWERMENT.
Jessica Gildewell, an experienced Life Coach, will deliver a special address at the 2013 Asia Pacific Golf Summit scheduled to be held at the plush five-star Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia on 5 – 7 November.
“In the club industry, it is vital that we motivate our staff to believe that winning isn’t everything but wanting to win is!” said Gildewell. She continued, “Never tell your staff that the sky’s the limit when there are footprints on the moon.”
