Exhibitors line up for Golf Club Secretaries

10.00am 20th April 2004 - Exhibitions & Conferences

A wide cross-section of specialist suppliers will be attending The Golf Club Secretary’s Show at Hawkstone Park in Shropshire on 26th and 27th of April. The publishers of ‘The Golf Club Secretary‘ (GCS) have organised a combined trade exhibition with an optional round of competitive golf on one of Hawkstone’s challenging and attractive courses.
Michael Coffey, publisher of GCS, says, “The exhibitors cover the wide array of products and services that will be of interest to anyone running a golf club including such as finance, legal, computer systems, equipment and machinery, yardage charts and so on. Rather than presenting a bewildering array of companies offering similar or identical products, there will only be one exhibitor per market sector.”
See below for a full listing of participating companies. The closing date for entering the golf competition is Friday 23rd April.

3-2-GOLF
On Course Safety System
Represented by Keith Smith
3-2-Golf is an effective system for safer and faster golf. Advances in technology now give golfers greater distance thereby increasing the risks of causing injury when playing blind shots around corners or over hills. Ensuring safe play has required clanging bells, noisy horns, and climbing dangerous viewing platforms.
3-2-Golf provides the perfect solution by a simple traffic light system that requires no wires or cables and is operated by the golfer. Keith Smith, who is the general manager of Burghill Valley Golf Club, in Herefordshire, has developed the system and will be in attendance at the Secretary’s Show to demonstrate and answer any questions.
