At Golf Business Expo 2026, Marc Newey will take to the stage for his standalone seminar, “Take-aways from a Career in Golf and Sports Club Management,”
With a career spanning 40 years in golf and multi-sports club management, Marc Newey has led teams across the local authority, commercial and member club sectors, including roles with Marriott Hanbury Manor and Forest of Arden Resorts, Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club and, most recently, 18 years as CEO of Roehampton Club.
A Past President of CMAE, Marc became the first European to achieve the Certified Chief Executive qualification from CMAA in 2017.
At Golf Business Expo 2026, Marc will take to the stage for his standalone seminar, “Take-aways from a Career in Golf and Sports Club Management,” sharing the lessons learned throughout his career and his insights into successfully managing teams to deliver excellent results.
After last year’s highly successful launch, the organisers of Golf Business Expo, together with their partners, have confirmed a new venue and date for the 2026 edition. The event will take place on 7th October 2026 at Sywell Aerodrome, Northamptonshire.
