Tacit and Eagle have joined forces to create a service to the golf course industry that is unmatched anywhere else in world golf.
Tacit has the unique ability and privilege to personally service every golf club in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. This individually tailored service will now be able to offer access to Eagle’s bespoke signage systems, scorecards, planners, diaries and even websites. Tacit’s industry-renowned sales team will be backed by Eagle’s individual facilitations team who will take initial ideas and enquiries and guide the customer through their exclusive journey.
Incoming Managing Director, Tim Webb said, “I have long admired the professionalism and high standards that Eagle have achieved over the last 30 years. Paul and Phil have set the bar very high, well above anything that has been achieved by their competitors. With this in mind, I was delighted to have the opportunity to relate this directly to the quality and service provided by Tacit over a similar period. This will give Course Managers, General Managers and Secretaries a vast range of quality products easily and effectively at their fingertips”
Eagle bring with them a wealth of experience and graphic talent through 35 years of producing the best signage and collateral for Golf Clubs.
Phil McInley, ex-Managing Director of Eagle, who will be continuing in his role for the foreseeable future, said, “I am excited with the new Eagle/Tacit partnership as not only has it secured a great future for all my hardworking Eagle staff but our communication will improve, in that through the Tacit structure, we will be able to reach out all UK Golf Clubs once every ten weeks. I have always been sales-motivated and the partnership will give every golf club the chance to understand the difference Eagle can make.
“Golf Clubs are beginning to realise how important branding is – any club that isn’t projecting the right impression to its local golf community will now be able to draw from the talents and experience that Eagle and Tacit can bring to the table. The two companies have a vast pool of image resources – this can lead to the development of club brand standards across all communication platforms as well as websites.
“This, combined with the standards of quality and service, means we are simply unrivalled anywhere in the world.”
