8.05am 26th September 2011 - Corporate

International Golf Development (IGD) announces that they are to become a Foremost Golf Approved Supplier for SNAG (Starting New at Golf) and will attend the Golf Show in Harrogate at the end of October.

Formed back in 1984, with just 11 club professionals as members, Foremost Golf now boasts a membership of over 1,000, making it the largest group of its kind anywhere in the world. Currently, those members, who are located all over the British Isles, are responsible for 25% of all UK golf sales.

“We are very proud of the service the 1000-plus Foremost Golf members provide for club golfers and believe that in all areas it more than matches anything our competitors can provide,” says Andy Martin of Foremost.

IGD wants to follow the recent excellent growth of SNAG by now making it available to the Foremost Golf group members, so that they too can utilize the SNAG programme and equipment to help their club golfers develop and improve their game.

Marie Wild, Business Manager for IGD commented: “We are very excited about working with Foremost to promote the availability of SNAG to their members, who in turn will be able to benefit from the best of terms when purchasing SNAG equipment. We are looking forward to developing a strong relationship over the coming years.”

Andy Martin commented: “We believe that SNAG is one of the best “first touch” golfing systems on the market, ensuring that learning the game of golf is fun and simple whilst offering a natural progression within the game. We are delighted to have SNAG as an approved supplier and feel that Foremost retailers will benefit greatly from this unique product range”

As part of the agreement with Foremost, IGD will also be attending the 2011 Golf Show at the Harrogate International Centre at the end of October providing a fantastic opportunity for Foremost members and other attendees to experience what SNAG has to offer and the fantastic impact it can have on club members and local communities alike.
