Players 1st, the leading customer experience management solution with more than 1,500 golf clubs and 2 million completed surveys, has become the official platform provider for World of Leading Golf, facilitating the delivery and analysis of results of its ‘Mystery Tests’.
The WLG Mystery Test functions as a qualification and benchmarking tool that World of Leading Golf venues use to track their development, providing comparative analysis against industry and competitor benchmarks. The system assures member clubs meet the specified expectations of being a World of Leading Golf member and furthermore, provides owners and managers with valuable and constructive feedback on all aspects of the products and services they provide.
With more than 170 touchpoints developed over several years, the Mystery Tests, thanks to the new platform developed by Players 1st, will be easier to analyse and understand in the future. The platform will provide all member clubs with a state-of-the-art digital dashboard, enabling users to go into specific detail to evaluate the various points of feedback as well as compare themselves to other clubs.
Not only has Players 1st enhanced the experience for clubs, but it has simultaneously streamlined the data entry process for testers with multiple entry methods and the direct upload of images and comments now available.
Players 1st’s marketing director and co-founder Jacob Buksted said: “We’re very excited to enter this collaboration. The WLG Mystery Tests provide venues with a significant amount of information, but this data is only meaningful if those using it can understand it. With our platform, this will become easier for managers and owners of WLG venues by making it possible to quickly analyze the top priorities in order to improve club facilities, atmosphere and processes.”
Marc Potter, chief executive for World of Leading Golf, added: “We are thrilled at the prospect of delivering a first-class and interactive testing platform for our venues. By enabling Players 1st to provide the latest in technology we can ensure WLG venues are receiving the most relevant data possible in their quest to improve operations.
