Golf Management Group launch interactive website to promote specialised service

Golf Management Group (GMG) announce the launch of the new website, literature and branding for their purchasing alliance.

The new branding conveys a very clear message to a new way of working, specialising in core areas of expenditure via new sub divisions within the current structure.

The new strap line “We Know Golf” also portrays their clear understanding of the golfing industry with directors at national and regional levels all having first-hand experience of the day to day operations at a golf club.

The sub-divisions are led by industry experts whose responsibility it is to ensure the GMG exclusive terms remain the most competitive in the market place, a very important factor when dealing in fluctuating markets such as utilities and catering purchases for example.

“The change in the business model has been driven by the membership, working with over 500 golf clubs in the previous 7 years has given us a very clear understanding of the cost centres that require the most attention and support and where the greatest opportunities for savings lie” explains Scott Partington, Director

The new website clearly communicates this new way of working enabling members and prospective members to easily navigate to the areas of concern, with a built in facility to request a cost comparison, receiving the results within minutes in some instances!

  3. Utilities
  4. Branding & Collateral
  5. Contracts-Manager
  6. Insurance

“We will also be promoting The GMG Energy Club formed last year which is proving a real hit, an initiative that mirrors our whole ethos, over 500 golf clubs pooling their resources to leverage the best rates in the market.”  adds Scott.

With access to exclusive terms on LED lighting installations and also water bore holes it is very much a holistic approach to energy management and is available to non-members too.

To complement the new targeted approach members can still access exclusive terms in a range of additional areas of expenditure as and when required and have the option of utilising the line portal Contracts-Manager.
