Over the last four weeks, Peter Durham from Golf Business Specialists has been working closely with Head Professional Dan Gregory at the Bawtry Golf & Country Club to increase his turnover and profitability. Significant changes have been made to the business with the result that Dan’s turnover this month is already 30% up on June last year and climbing.
