Ernest Doe are delighted to have been selected as a main distributor for the highly respected Trilo range in Essex, Beds, Herts, Cambs, Norfolk, Suffolk, Kent, Surrey and Sussex with immediate effect. The sales team have just returned from a visit to the main factory in Holland, where they participated in some product training with the manufacturers.

Both family founded businesses who pride themselves on their heritage, Ernest Doe and Trilo are well matched to provide an effective and efficient supply chain for their customers, having a combined trading age of 202 years under their respective belts.

The product range is extensive and includes vacuum sweepers/collectors, scarifiers, blowers, turf harvesters and mowers. The machines are especially designed for professionals in public area maintenance e.g. councils and local amenities, golf course, turf maintenance etc.

General Manager, Andy Turbin, said: “I am delighted that we have secured this franchise. Our customers will see a significant benefit as we will be able to offer some extremely competitive prices now that we are dealing directly with Trilo.”

Ernest Doe is a long established family firm with a network of branches in the South and East of England. Managing Director Colin Doe is the fourth generation of the family to have run the business in its 118 years of trading with his son, Angus Doe, who is presently the Service Director.

The firm supplies a large range of machinery; from garden mowers and chain saws to combine harvesters and construction excavators as well as selling a wide range of clothing, footwear, garden sundries and hardware across 19 country stores.
