Duchell Golf Challenge logosWith pride Duchell announces a strategic alliance with Golf Challenge of France and welcomes them as a shareholder of Duchell BV.

Duco van Oosterhout, MD of Duchell: “The partnership with Golf Challenge allows us to reach our goals and objectives a lot quicker than we could have managed on our own. Together we have the firepower to speed up the development of exciting new products and the ability to stock a wider range of high quality products in our central warehouse, which we feel is necessary as availability of products is ever more important to our clients.”

Duchell BV – founded in 1986 – is Europe’s largest distributor of golf course and driving range equipment. From its central warehouse in The Netherlands it offers an extensive range of products which it sells directly to its local Dutch market and, through a network of choice distributors, in over 26 countries.

Jean Jacques Wolff, MD of Golf Challenge: “Duchell’s unique product portfolio with control over so many high quality products and brands create a big opportunity for Golf Challenge for the domestic French market, and the combined volume allows us to offer better pricing and service to our customers. Apart from that we feel that the scale for further expansion in Europe offers endless possibilities.”

The two men do not rule out further acquisitions to strengthen their already formidable platform and state: “Our strategy is to expand further, and bolt-on acquisitions may be part of that. In any case Duchell offers the perfect platform to do so.”
