Duca Del Cosma appoints new sales agent for South East England

5.07pm 3rd August 2020 - Corporate

Steve Clarke, an established sales agent with more than 25 years of experience in the golf industry, has been appointed by Italian golf shoe manufacturer Duca del Cosma to represent the brand in the South East of England.

In the coming weeks, Clarke will be introducing the fashionable brand’s distinctive SS21 range to his extensive customer base across Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Middlesex, Hampshire, as well as those on the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.

Clarke, a former Assistant PGA Professional, enjoyed a successful career as an Area Sales Manager with both Wilson and Mizuno before becoming an independent sales agent representing other leading equipment and apparel brands.

“I’m looking forward to presenting the latest shoes in the Duca del Cosma SS21 range to my customers, as I know that they are always looking for quality products that offer consumers something different and give them a great margin at the same time,” said Clarke. “There’s no doubt that the premium Duca del Cosma shoes are gaining a wide reputation for both top quality and style when worn on and off the golf course and the latest range includes some stunning spiked and spikeless shoes that I’m sure will turn heads for all the right reasons.”

Commenting on his appointment, Tony Eccleston, Duca del Cosma’s General Manager in the UK & Ireland, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Steve to our sales team and believe that he can make a great contribution to the growth of the brand in one of the key regions of Europe’s biggest golf market.

“Over the past two years, we’ve learnt a great deal about what the retailer wants from a golf shoe brand and the new range for next year reflects all the feedback as well as the emphasis on top-quality leather and hand-crafted manufacturing that Duca del Cosma has always stood for,” he added.
