The Campey Turf Care Systems and Imants BV combination is proving a winning formula on the American stage with two very successful events already this year.

The Sports Turf Management Association (STMA) conference held in San Antonio, Texas in January, proved an excellent venue for meeting sports turf managers and exchanging views on turf maintenance techniques and methods.

More recently the Golf Industry Show (GIS) held at the Orlando Convention Centre has delivered results in terms of machinery sales, enquiries and new contacts, with more and more American superintendents recognising the Campey Imants brand.

Sales Director Simon Gumbrill highlighted the significance of the strength of the two companies working together to establish a presence in America.

“After several years of taking a stand at STMA and GIS as Campey Imants, it is certainly beginning to pay off,” he said. “Our fellow American turf professionals are showing an increasing interest in the methods we promote in Europe, such as Koro-ing with the Koro Field Top Maker and de-compacting and aerating with the very effective Imants ShockWave

The alliance between Campeys and Imants is a powerful approach to meeting the very specific needs of the American market.
