BLEC GLOBAL used SALTEX at Windsor to launch two new machines and sold eight off the stand at the show.

Managing director Gary Mumby said: “It was a great show for us and we sold newly-launched Compact Blecavators and Cultipack Seeders plus Multivators – and we had a lot of interest in our new Multi-Spray unit.”

The Multi-Spray is designed to get liquid products into the soil, such as gypsum, with the use of an attached spiking unit. Other attachments can be used, including brushes.

Designed by Gary in association with Barry Pace, contracts manager of Speeedcut Contractors, the unit can be used  by small tractors and offers a unique way of getting liquid products away from the surface and into the soil.

“SALTEX was a great show for us this year and a fitting end to its time at Windsor,” said Gary, who has been exhibiting at the show since the early 1980s.
