Shot Scope appoints new chairman

Leading golf technology company Shot Scope has announced the appointment of Lord Mervyn Davies as Chairman of the Board as the Scottish-based firm continues its push towards global growth.

Lord Davies, who is an avid golfer, was formerly Chief Executive and Chairman of Standard Chartered and was awarded a CBE for his services to the financial sector in 2002. He currently serves as Chairman of the Lawn Tennis Association, LetterOne and sits on the World Rugby Executive Committee.

Speaking of his new appointment, Lord Davies said: “I am excited to join Shot Scope as Chairman of the Board. Our innovative products are sold in over 160 countries and stocked by leading golf and sport retailers worldwide. I look forward to working with the team and shareholders to deliver our ambitious international growth plans and establish Shot Scope as a global brand within golf.”
