North American customer service satisfaction and benchmarking firm 59club USA has announced that Sophie Stubbs is joining the team as Manager of Business Operations. Stubbs is a British expat living in Bermuda, working remotely for 59clubUSA. Stubbs will manage the recruitment, training, and coordination of 59clubUSA’s Mystery Shopper team and assist with marketing and social media for59clubUSA.
“Sophie joins us with over 13 years’ experience in customer service focused roles, spanning across hospitality & hotels, weddings & events, and finance” said Mike Kelly, Managing Partner for 59club USA. “With our growing business, we needed someone with great organizational and communication skills to lead a number of efforts for our company.”
Stubbs gained experience in several high-end venues in Oxfordshire, including operations management training at a Peter de Savary property. She completed two diplomas in Wedding & Events Planning alongside her university studies, which lead to working at Bijou Venues across the UK, as a Wedding Sales & On the Day Operations Manager.
