School children in the Causeway Coast and Glens region of Northern Ireland are getting an opportunity to experience golf through the development of the new ‘Road to the Open’ programme.

The R&A has announced a new partnership with the UNDERRATED Golf European Tour, the junior series founded by basketball legend Steph Curry.

The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews has appointed David Scott as its Honorary Professional. He becomes the sixth person to hold the role and succeeds Jim Farmer who passed away late last year.
