A global increase in demand for green spaces, wellness and the opportunity to work from home is driving new interest in golf properties in the wake of the pandemic.

Homes within golf resorts are worth 19% more on average than equivalent homes outside resorts and homes with golf course views benefit from additional 9.5% price premium. Study also shows that more than two-thirds of property buyers at golf resorts are non-golfers
