Salgados Golf Club in Portugal has started work on a €3.2 million renovation of its 18-hole golf course, along with further investment in its golf facilities, including a new cart fleet.

A 24-plus-year golf and hospitality industry professional, Jon Schauder is to oversee operations at the scenic Algarve, Portugal property. He has a wealth of experience in managing operations at international golf destinations and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
