Vistajet signs Jon Rahm as brand ambassador and unveils new golf programme

11.26am 4th April 2022 - Travel

World No.2 Jon Rahm has been signed as a brand ambassador for Vistajet, a private jet company that operates a network of aircraft throughout the world.

A previous fractional jet owner, Rahm became a Vistajet Program Member in 2021 and regularly uses the company’s aircraft to travel to and from tournaments.

With aircraft available with as little as 24 hours’ notice, Rahm is not only attracted by the flexibility of the VistaJet service, but also the range of aircraft in the fleet.

Rahm has flown on VistaJet’s Challenger 350 and Global 6000 aircraft, as well the Global 7500, which is currently the world’s fastest and biggest private jet, and has a range of 7,500 nautical miles.

Rahm, who recently flew from the US to a tournament in Spain on the 7500, said: “After flying VistaJet’s Global 7500 it’s hard to fly anything else — nothing else is comparable, to be honest. I felt like I had a house in the air — I slept a solid eight hours, easily. It was the only time I’ve ever flown over the Atlantic with such a big-time zone change and never had any jet lag.”

VisatJet’s Global 7500 can accommodate up to 14 passengers

He added: “The amount of work the VistaJet crew has done for us is beyond. They consider things that most would overlook. And knowing that every single cabin hostess on board is trained to take care of kids is amazing! We trust them 100%.”

Ian Moore, Chief Commercial Officer at VistaJet added: “Jon Rahm is the perfect VistaJet brand ambassador, as golf, much like private aviation, relies on precision, timing and a commitment to excellence.”

In addition, VistaJet’s has recently launched a new golf program, which offers members access to range of exclusive golf courses and event experiences as part of its Private World collection. Among the course on the programme include the Jim Fazio-designed layout at the Mandarin Oriental in Canouan, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and the Tom Weiskopf-designed course at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco in Tuscany, Italy.
