Top 100 Golf Courses announces that America‘s Top 250 Golf Courses have now been ranked for 2009.
Building on the success of the Top 200 courses of the USA published in February the editors have added 50 further courses and re-ranked the entire list based on the most recent ranking data.
“Most golfers cannot play a significant proportion of America‘s Top 100 Golf Courses as listed by other golf publications,” said a spokesman. “We believe that each time we extend the list to a higher number, US golfers will have a more realistic chance of playing a top ranked course. Additionally, golfers from the UK & Europe travelling to the USA are able to search for the best golf courses in every US State.
“The ratings on the Top 100 website blend rankings from all the leading publications, and then our readers have the opportunity to influence these figures via the ‘write a review‘ facility on the website, which includes the ability to rate a course between 1 and 6 golf balls (where 6 is the highest rating). Currently there are more than 30,000 golf course reviews posted on-line by golfers from all around the globe.”
Top 100 Golf Courses is independent, having no association with any magazine publications. To see the brand new Top 250 Golf Courses of the USA visit www.top100golfcourses.co.uk
