The demand for ‘staycation’ self-catered holiday accommodation has increased dramatically over the last 18 months, especially in Cornwall, so there has never been a better time to get phase 2 of the rebrand underway, developing the wider Estate.
“Phase 1 of our multi million pound redevelopment plan focused on the main resort with a brand new pro shop, a fleet of 60 GPS buggies, along with upgrades to our poolside facilities including a brand new spa pool and sauna. The £2 million Holiday Cottage Collection development plan sees the entire collection of properties reconfigured and refurbished, resulting in a high end, diverse offering to satisfy both the golfing and multigenerational holiday market. The uniquely situated self-catered cottages will comprise of 1, 2 & 3 bed options all with private parking and French doors opening out onto private outdoor entertainment areas.
