Prince's Golf Club 4th Hole

Prince’s Golf Club is delighted to unveil its new on-site lodging at The Lodge at Prince’s, as the facility will provide golf fans with luxurious accommodation for this years’ Open Championship. Prince’s Golf Club is managed by Troon Golf.

The professionalism of all those involved at the club has resulted in more apartments being available ahead of time in The Lodge, with each apartment featuring two bedrooms, capable of sleeping up to 4 people, plus en-suite bathroom facilities. Combined with the significant course renovations completed last year, Prince’s Golf Club continues to display its commitment to the entire golf offering at one of England’s most historic links courses.

Less than two hours drive from central London and with excellent rail connections, the new Lodge Apartments will be available from the beginning of July but with exclusive golf packages to coincide with The Open Championship week from the 14th–17th July, Prince’s will be the perfect place to soak up the unique atmosphere of golf’s oldest championship. Along with its neighbours Royal St Georges and Royal Cinque Ports, Prince’s shares the famous strip of links land between the towns of Sandwich and Deal, making it the perfect destination for links enthusiasts in Southern England.

“With its ideal location for The Open Championship this summer and stunning views of the surrounding golf course, we couldn’t be more thrilled by the addition of The Lodge Apartments at Prince’s,” commented Bruce Glasco, Managing Director, Troon Golf Europe, Middle East & Africa. “It will be a hugely successful addition to one of England’s most historic golf clubs and looks set to rightly position itself amongst the elite links golf courses in the UK.”

Capable of hosting up to 48 guests and situated by the entrance of Prince’s Golf Club, The Lodge Apartments provide fantastic views of the 27-hole facility, Royal St Georges Golf Club, and over Pegwell Bay to the White Cliffs at Ramsgate. Host of the 1932 Open Championship won by Gene Sarazen and currently an Open Championship Final Qualifying venue, Prince’s is one of only fourteen courses to have hosted the prestigious tournament. Further highlighting its championship pedigree, the course has also welcomed The European Tour, The Curtis Cup, the Ladies British Open and The Amateur Championship over the years.
