CityJet has signed a new partnership deal with WebFire Media to offer golf travellers an extra incentive to visit its website.

Golfers logging onto www.cityjet.com to check out the latest flight offers and book their next golfing trip can now also enjoy watching ‘The Back 9 Show’ – a popular weekly golf news programme produced by the London-based online TV company WebFire Media.

Aimed at the travelling golfer who wants to keep up-to-date with the latest news from the golfing world, ‘The Back 9 Show’ features European Tour action together with a regular feature about the latest equipment launches, the best golf resorts or great tips on how to improve your game.

The partnership with WebFire Media is part of CityJet’s commitment to providing the best possible service to its golfing clientele. CityJet prides itself in being the golfer’s airline, approved by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO) and offering a golf friendly flight policy, which unlike its competitors, allows all golfers to travel with their golf bag and clubs at no extra cost.

CityJet offers daily flights to some of Europe’s most famous golf destinations including Edinburgh, Dundee and Dublin, which service the world-famous championship golf on offer at St. Andrews, Muirfield, Carnoustie and Druids Glen. During the summer period, the airline offers flights from London City to Brive in the Dordogne and Deauville in Normandy.

Golfers have the added bonus of being able to check-in as little as 20 minutes before flying allowing for quick and stress-free travel and more valuable time on the golf-course.

‘The Back 9 Show’ is part of Golf Bug TV, the world’s first online TV golf website, which offers visitors the opportunity to view unique and engaging golf content free of charge.

In just five years ‘The Back 9 Show’ has grown into the ‘must-view’ weekly golf news programme. It broadcasts to over 2 million golfers and includes a popular round-up of the European Tour action, broadcast every Monday, ideal for golfers who missed the weekend’s play.
